Jellynet has now made it easier for companies to donate surplus equipment to a charity of their choosing, and for charities to find equipment they need or could re-use for their specific causes.

Donors

By registering your company details for free and uploading the products that you have to donate to charity, you can help give something back. You even have the option to select your preferred charities if there is a specific cause close to your heart.

By selecting certain charities, only these organisations will be able to view the products you have uploaded and they will receive e-mails of the products you are prepared to donate. However, if you choose to select all charities, then any of the charities signed up to Jellynet will be able to view your product list and will receive an e-mail of the product listing.

All charities that want to use this service go through an approval process before receiving access to the system so there's no need to worry about their legitimacy.

Charities

Jellynet is a free online service that makes it easy for you to find IT and Telecoms equipment you need, from companies that are prepared to donate it. By simply searching the database and signing up for regular e-mail updates, you will be able to find the right equipment to match your particular requirements.

To use this service, just register your charity, and once approved; you will receive a login and password that will give you access to search the donated product listings and receive regular e-mails of available equipment, to make it even easier to find what you're after.
